Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Owner with 3+ years of experience to join our product team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers high-value features aligned with business goals and customer needs.The ideal candidate should have strong Agile/Scrum experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear user stories and product features. Lead the AI and Automation Initiative in the organization. Identify area of automation by looking into existing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and business needs.
- Translate business objectives into clear product features, epics, and user stories.

Backlog Management

- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value.
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Ensure backlog items are clearly defined and understood by the development team.

Agile/Scrum Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure product deliverables align with sprint goals and business expectations.

AI & Automation Initiatives





- Identify business automation opportunities across internal processes and workflows.
- Support the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation initiatives within the organization.
- Analyze existing operational workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation frameworks.

Product Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor product usage metrics, adoption rates, and operational performance.
- Prepare and present product usage reports and operational activity dashboards.
- Track product performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend enhancements.

Stakeholder & User Engagement

- Work closely with business stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align product initiatives.
- Engage with end users and internal teams to gather feedback and improve product experience.
- Translate user feedback into actionable product improvements and feature enhancements.

Product Delivery & Quality Assurance

- Validate completed features against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
- Support UAT processes and product release planning.
- Ensure continuous product improvements based on user feedback and data insights.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in product backlog management and prioritization
- Ability to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Understanding of AI, automation, and workflow optimization concepts
- Strong analytical skills for product usage tracking and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements

Technical & Tools Experience (Preferred)

Experience with one or more of the following tools:

- Jira / Azure DevOps / Trello
- Confluence
- Figma / Miro / Productboard
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation platforms, or RPA tools

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Analyst

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Scrum Alliance
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Scrum.org
- Agile Product Management Certification (Preferred)
