Key Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct headhunting and advanced Boolean searches to identify passive talent.
- Make outbound calls to engage candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, SLAs, and hiring targets.
- Maintain updated market intelligence and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

- 6months -2 years of recruitment experience in Staffing/Recruitment industry.
- Experience recruiting for UK market (preferred) or US market.
- Strong expertise in Boolean Search and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, Total Jobs, Reed, and similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
