We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 4+ years of experience in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and site HR activities.
The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and experience managing manpower for construction projects/sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for site and corporate positions.
- Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and documentation of employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and salary processing with the accounts team.
- Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle site HR operations and coordinate with project/site managers.
- Manage PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS,
and employee-related documentation.
- Support performance management and employee retention activities.
- Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlements.
- Coordinate training and induction programs for new employees.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment for construction/site roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple site requirements simultaneously.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduation with relevant HR experience.
- Additional certification in HR or labor laws will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC companies preferred.
- Comfortable with site visits and coordination with project teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
