2. Paid Account Manager (PAM)- Lucknow/Noida

Openings: 100

Qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3) with minimum 1 year of experience

Experience: 1+ year in inside sales with the experience letter

Language Requirement: Fluent in Hindi and English

Versant Level: 4

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shifts: Rotational for male (7 am9 pm, any 9 hours), 6 days working, rotational off

Age Limit: 30 years

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Manage assigned accounts and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain solid vendor/client relationships.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics.
- Support promotional campaigns and discount strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Account retention and satisfaction scores.




- Accuracy in financial calculations (percentages, discounts, expenditure).
- Timely reporting and documentation compliance.
- Contribution to revenue growth from assigned accounts.

Salary Range for KAM:

- MBA Fresher (for Bangalore): Up to 25,000 CTC/month (20,000 takehome)
- Experienced: Up to 26,000 CTC/month (21,000 takehome)

Salary Range for KAM:

- Experienced: 24, 000 to 26,000 CTC/month (21,000 takehome)
- Experienced (Bangalore) : Up to 30,000 CTC/month (25,000 takehome)
