MB Metayarn Pvt Ltd is a 40+ year old metallic yarn (zari/Lurex) manufacturer in Noida Sector 138, serving 1,000+ clients across India with exports to UAE, Nepal, Bangladesh, Jordan and Myanmar.

We are hiring a Client Relationship & Collections Executive to OWN our client relationships and payment collections end to end - from order confirmation to money in the bank. This is an ownership role, not a telecalling or data-entry role.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Confirming orders with clients - item, colour, quantity, rate, delivery date

- Coordinating with store, production and dispatch to keep orders on schedule,

and informing the client BEFORE a date is missed

- Confirming delivery and invoice receipt, and fixing the payment date in writing

- Working the payment follow-up queue daily on a fixed schedule

- Recording every client commitment as a date and an amount, and following up on every missed one

- Escalating overdue accounts with your own written recommendation

- Logging rate disputes, short payments and quality claims the same day

- Maintaining receivables ageing accurately in our Google Sheets systems





YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU

- Have 2+ years personally recovering overdue payments from business/wholesale clients

- Can stay firm on money without damaging a long-term client relationship

- Are confident on phone and WhatsApp in Hindi, with basic English

- Are comfortable chasing colleagues who do not report to you

- Want to own a system, not just dial a list

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT ROLE IF you have only done B2C or loan-recovery calling, have never owned business-client payment follow-up, or want a remote/back-office job.

DETAILS

Location: Noida Sector 138 (in-office daily, no remote/hybrid)

Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary: Rs 25,000 - 35,000 per month, based on experience and last drawn

Advantages: PF, ESIC, Earned & Casual Leave as per company policy
