We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing,
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Social Media, Organic Social Media, campaign optimization and lead generation. This
role is focused on planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns while strengthening the company s organic
social presence.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist Meta & Google Ads who has strong hands-on experience in paid advertising and lead generation. The candidate should have experience working with international markets and should have worked in an IT company or Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate must have experience handling a minimum 1 lakh monthly advertising budget and should be capable of independently managing performance marketing campaigns from strategy to optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for lead generation.
Plan campaign budgets, audiences, structures, and channel allocation.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and improve lead quality and acquisition costs.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to improve campaign results.
Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to optimize campaigns.
Track leads, conversions, and key performance metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.
Test new targeting, bidding, and campaign strategies to improve ROI.

Mandatory Requirements:





2 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience managing 1 lakh+ monthly ad spends.
International market experience is mandatory.
Experience in an IT company or Digital Marketing Agency.
Strong knowledge of lead generation and paid customer acquisition.
B2B campaign experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rate.
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and optimization skills.
Knowledge of remarketing, A/B testing, audience research, and conversion optimization.
Must be able to demonstrate previous campaign results, including market, budget, objective, and results achieved.

Preferred Experience:

Experience marketing IT services, SaaS, software development, web/mobile development, or technology solutions.
Experience targeting markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
Experience generating qualified B2B leads for international clients.
Experience working with multiple international clients in an agency environment.

Who Should Apply
