Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Implementation Partners, Direct Clients, MSP/VMS requirements, and multiple US tax terms and work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Work on IT requirements received from Implementation Partners, Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Perform Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify suitable candidates.
- Work on C2C, W2, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Full-Time requirements.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and rate expectations.
- Negotiate candidate rates and coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure strong candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and hiring managers.




- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities using ATS/VMS platforms such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Beeline, Vector VMS, or similar tools.
- Work on various IT skill sets, including Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/ML, QA, SAP, Salesforce, Business Analysis, and Project Management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions.
- Experience working with Implementation Partners, Direct Clients, s preferred.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099, C2H, and Full-Time.
- Good knowledge of US work authorizations, including USC, Green Card, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT-EAD, CPT, TN, and GC-EAD.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other US job portals.
- Experience with ATS/VMS tools, such as Ceipal and JobDiva.
- Strong Boolean and X-Ray search skills.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies and technical requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced US Staffing environment.
