Responsible for accurate customer onboarding, KYC verification, customer registration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and verification of customer orders against agreements/contracts and approved commercial commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate customer KYC, GST, PAN, and other mandatory documents.
- Ensure accurate customer master-data creation and registration in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Register customer orders in NAV based on approved products, quantities, pricing, discounts, payment and delivery terms.
- Cross-check customer orders with agreements/contracts and approved commercial terms.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, exceptions, or unauthorized commercial deviations before order processing.
- Maintain customer-wise KYC, contracts, agreements, amendments,
and approval records in OneDrive.
- Ensure complete, accurate, standardized, and audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Finance, and other teams for clarification and resolution of discrepancies.
