- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with good accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage dual chat concurrency (2 chats simultaneously)
- Strong customer handling and multitasking skills
- Graduation is not mandatory
- Immediate joiners preferred
