Job Description:

Creative Leadership

 Define and drive the creative vision across brands and integrated campaigns.
 Lead concept development across TVCs, digital films, social campaigns, brand platforms,
and integrated communication.
 Ensure all creative work aligns with brand strategy, business objectives, and the highest




standards of creative excellence.
 Drive the creation of award-worthy work that strengthens Crescent‘s creative reputation and
industry recognition.
 Champion innovation by exploring current storytelling formats, emerging technologies, and AI-
powered creative workflows.
Team Leadership
 Lead, mentor, and inspire Copywriters and cross-functional creative teams.
 Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture built on learning, ownership, and creative
excellence.
 Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to develop future creative leaders.
Client & Business Leadership
 Build trusted client relationships and lead key creative presentations.
 Lead creative presentations, strategic workshops, and new business pitches.
 Partner with Client Servicing and Business Development teams to win new business and
grow existing accounts.
