Job Requirements About the RoleGFiber is seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end user workflows, system integrations, and customer-facing operations across our Business Support Systems (BSS) ecosystem. You will drive quality assurance initiatives across critical enterprise platforms, specifically Salesforce (CRM/Sales) and ServiceNow (ITSM/Operations/Field Service), ensuring high reliability and seamless performance across our telecom network operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Testing: Design, build, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test strategies across BSS applications, Salesforce, and ServiceNow workflows.Ecosystem Integration: Validate cross-platform integrations between Salesforce (lead-to-order), ServiceNow (trouble ticketing/field service), and core telecom BSS components (billing, provisioning, catalog management).Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and triage bugs using Jira/ServiceNow; collaborate closely with development, product,



and engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.Automation: Expand and maintain test automation frameworks for web interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs, and system-to-system data flows.Release Verification: Participate in deployment verifications, regression cycles, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support during release cycles.Data & Process Validation: Ensure data integrity, business logic accuracy, and workflow rules across customer account lifecycles, service order processing, and ticket lifecycle events.Required QualificationsTelecom & BSS Knowledge: 3+ years of software testing experience within a Telecommunications or ISP workplace, specifically focused on BSS (Billing, Order Management, Customer Management, Provisioning).Salesforce Experience: Proven hands-on experience testing Salesforce core functionality, custom objects, integrations, and lightning workflows.Work Experience 5-7Years
