About The Role

M2P Fintech is looking for dynamic Senior Manager for Payments who can define, build, and scale robust payment products across UPI, P2P/P2M, merchant payments, payment gateways, and other digital payment rails.

As the Product Manager for Payments, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of payment products used by banks, fintech, and enterprise customers.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, compliance, operations, and business—to deliver high-performing, compliant, and scalable payment experiences.

What Will You Do In This Role

Define and evolve the product vision for M2P’s payment product offerings.
Build scalable product roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks.
Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into explicit product specifications and user flows.
Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features within timelines.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle: concept → design → development → testing → launch → iteration.
Ensure adherence to regulatory mandates from partner banks while collaborating with risk, compliance, and legal teams to embed safeguards within product workflows.
Stay up-to-date with changes in the payments landscape—UPI enhancements, card tokenization, policies, etc.
