Role Overview
This role is responsible for promoting and selling the Advanced WhatsApp CRM platform to corporate and institutional clients outside India, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and renewal.
This platform is a powerful WhatsApp CRM built for up-to-date businesses — helping one manage customer relationships, send personalised template messages, and scale WhatsApp marketing with ease. Seamlessly integrated with the WhatsApp Business API, it puts entire communication workflow in one intuitive dashboard.
The associate completes structured training on the platform and Digiworld Ninjas' sales process before taking on independent client-facing work.

Key Responsibilities
1.



Promote and sell the Advanced WhatsApp CRM platform to corporate clients and institutional corporations outside India.
2. Assess client needs and recommend the right modules — from Core Tools (Contacts, Leads Pipeline, Auto-Tagging) through Messaging & Broadcasts (Live Chat, Templates, Campaigns, Scheduled Jobs) to the Automation & AI Suite (AutoFlow Builder, DesaBot Setup, Agent Studio, Agent Apps) — based on client industry and growth goals.
3. Deliver remote presentations and live product demonstrations explaining the technical value of the AI Agent Ecosystem, no-code automation builder, and Enterprise Trust (human-in-the-loop) safeguards.
4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close new subscriptions with international business owners, per company pricing guidelines.
5. Manage client accounts post-sale — onboarding, renewals, and upsells (additional broadcast volume, template packages) — across varying global time zones.
6. Generate new leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn
