General Description
The role is designed for a SR- Sales & Marketing with the primary objective to develop the System Rehab business. This means the position is crucial for expanding and strengthening the company's presence and capabilities in the Service & Rehabilitation segment, particularly focusing on system rehabilitation projects within the sales and marketing domain.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write the purpose for which the job exists

Acting as Sales Manager for Service & Rehabilitation.
Visiting power houses to generate RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
Coordinating with the proposal team for technical input and submitting offers upon receiving market enquiries.
Preparing cost sheets considering both internal and external factors.




Creating techno-commercial offers for customers.
Visiting sites to understand customer requirements and suggesting changes with technical team support.
Demonstrating strong knowledge of commercial terms (payment, LC, risk, insurance, logistics).
Negotiating with customers.
Using Excel-based tools and reading technical drawings.
Willingness for exhaustive travel.
Preferably having hydro power/turbine experience.
