Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
3–10 years of relevant industry and implementation experience.
Process & Domain Knowledge
Valuable understanding of plant processes, key equipment (compressors, turbines, reactors, etc.), their interactions, and troubleshooting in oil & gas and power generation systems (especially combined cycle power generation). Understanding of reliability engineering concepts (RCM, FMEA, condition monitoring,



predictive maintenance).
Digital / APM Expertise
Highly skilled, hands-on experience in implementing digital solutions and Asset Performance Management (APM) platforms in heavy industries (oil & gas, power, chemicals).
Engineering Documentation & Tag Mapping
Experience in reviewing and interpreting P&IDs;, PFDs, operating/maintenance manuals, datasheets, and performance/efficiency calculations to perform accurate and comprehensive tag mapping.
Model deployment, tuning, deployment, and performance optimization
APM implementation for industrial assets in oil & gas and power sectors
Sensor mapping and data contextualization
