Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain ECAD/component libraries
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using PADS Professional
• Design and support 48 layer PCB boards
• Support DFM, manufacturing, and PCB vendor activities
• Ensure EMI/EMC best practices and IPC compliance
• Work on high-speed, HDI, power supply and power management designs
• Support Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations
Must-Have Skills
5–8 years of ECAD/PCB design experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on PADS Professional Designer experience
Component creation & library management
PCB layout and schematic design
HDI & high-speed PCB design
DFM & PCB manufacturing knowledge
EMI/EMC design practices
Good knowledge of IPC standards
SI/PI simulation tool experience
Positive to Have
• Automotive domain experience
• ECAD team management experience
• Hardware architecture & embedded systems knowledge
• Experience with DFMEA, DFA & DFM
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
