- Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Fast Formulas.
- Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM APIs/REST/SOAP Services.
- Create and maintain BI Publisher Reports and data extracts.
- Work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and production activities.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to optimize Oracle HCM processes.
Preferred candidate profile
- 4.5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical.
- Robust expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and OIC.
- Experience developing HCM integrations using Oracle APIs.
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports and data migration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
- Oracle Cloud certification is preferred.
