Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech savvy Academic Operations Manager to drive and streamline academic processes across our programs. The role involves managing academic data, operational workflows, and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech environments with a strong focus on operational excellence, data management, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end academic operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of academic content and programs
- Oversee and maintain academic data, records, and systems (LMS/SIS) with high accuracy and consistency
- Ensure high quality standards in curriculum delivery, assessments, and academic processes
- Build, monitor, and improve operational workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (TAT, quality, productivity, etc.)
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with academic, content, product, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support academic teams with data updates, reports, batch changes, and system related processes
- Develop and implement best practices for data utilization, automation, and process optimization




- Manage academic milestones, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and standardized practices across teams
- Train and support internal stakeholders on systems, tools, and processes

Key Requirements:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Academic Operations / Program Management in EdTech or Education sector
- Robust attention to detail with high accuracy in managing academic data and operations
- Experience working with LMS/SIS platforms and data systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have Skills:

- Highly tech savvy: Comfortable working with LMS/SIS platforms, Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools.
- Strong process orientation and operational excellence mindset
- Data driven decision making and reporting skills
- Ability to automate processes and improve system efficiency
