About the Role

Own the operational backbone of HR end-to-end. Primary point of contact for every employee. Gatekeeper of payroll accuracy and statutory compliance. Trusted bridge between employees and management. Operate independently with full ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compensation

- End-to-end payroll processing with zero-error accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
- Lead compensation discussions, hike negotiations, and appraisal coordination with department heads.
- Manage F&F; settlements, gratuity, and leave encashment and attendance.

HRIS & Operations

- Administer HRIS (Keka HR) end-to-end: employee records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs.
- Maintain 99%+ data accuracy.

Employee Relations

- Serve as primary point of contact for all employees on compensation, attendance, leave, policies,



and workplace concerns — with full discretion and confidentiality.
- Mediate sensitive conversations between employees and management.

Onboarding, Performance & Exit

- Lead end-to-end onboarding for recent hires.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles across departments.
- Manage exit formalities including F&F;, clearance, and exit interviews.

Compliance & Engagement

- Ensure organization-wide policy adherence and statutory compliance.
- Run employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years HR experience with demonstrated ownership of payroll and HRIS operations.
- MBA in HR preferred. Bachelor's degree mandatory.
- Hands-on experience running full payroll cycles independently.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Keka – Preferred or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, advanced Excel, zero-tolerance attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently
