We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with solid hands-on experience in Laravel and MERN stack who can independently handle development, troubleshoot complex issues, interact with clients, and provide effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Laravel, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and MySQL.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Take ownership of development, debugging and production issues.
- Analyze problems and provide quick, practical and scalable solutions.
- Review code and maintain coding standards and application quality.
- Support and guide junior developers on technical challenges when required.
- Handle multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience in Laravel and MERN stack.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Git.
- Good debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of tasks.
- AWS, Docker and CI/CD experience will be an added advantage.
