Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience, along with expertise in Generative AI and ServiceNow AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying AI solutions, configuring ServiceNow AI capabilities, translating AI transformation strategies into working solutions, and driving AI adoption across customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure Now Assist capabilities, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Issue Auto Resolution, Task Intelligence, and Document Intelligence across customer instances.
- Translate AI Transformation Architect blueprints into working configurations, integrations, and workflows following ServiceNow best practices.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases based on customer-defined success metrics.
- Drive measurable AI adoption outcomes, including active user rates, workflow automation coverage, and time-to-value for Now Assist features.
- Partner with AI Transformation Architects to execute customer-specific AI adoption roadmaps, sprint plans, and go-live checklists.
- Conduct customer workshops, enablement sessions, and hands-on training to improve AI literacy and adoption.
- Identify and escalate technical, organizational, and behavioral adoption blockers and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Act as the technical SME for AI-related questions, issues, configurations, and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Participate as an SME in customer steering meetings, executive briefings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).




- Identify and troubleshoot configuration conflicts, data gaps, and architecture issues that may impact AI activation.
- Document customer configurations, AI use cases, outcomes, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing and future implementations.
- Apply AI concepts to business processes, decision-making, problem-solving, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead technical workstreams when required.
- Support customer engagements and travel up to 30% annually.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience deploying ServiceNow AI capabilities such as:
- Now Assist / Generative AI
- AI Agents
- Virtual Agent
- NLU
- AI Search
- Task Intelligence
- Document Intelligence

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI in enterprise workflow environments.
- Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred.
- Strong experience with:

- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Studio IDE
- ServiceNow APIs
- Automated Test Framework (ATF)

- Proven ability to translate customer business requirements into ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery environments.
- Robust customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or leading technical workstreams.
