is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters with strong W2 & C2C recruitment experience and proven experience working with direct clients such as TCS, HCL, and Infosys.

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle for W2 & C2C positions.
- Work on requirements received directly from end clients.
- Source and screen IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and other portals.
- Build and maintain strong W2 & C2C consultant pipelines.

- 3–5+ years of US IT Staffing/Recruitment experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in W2 & C2C recruitment.
- Direct client hiring experience is mandatory.
- Experience working with clients such as TCS, HCL, and/or Infosys is highly preferred.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Ceipal ATS.
- Experience with VMS/MSP platforms such as Beeline is a plus.
- Valuable understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
