You're comfortable with marketing automation, campaign management platforms, and basic data analytics.

Social Media Fluency
You're a native digital communicator. You understand how to write for different platforms, build genuine engagement (not just vanity metrics), and recognize the power of authentic storytelling. You've successfully managed social accounts, grown communities, or run viral campaigns.

Content Creation & Communication
You can write clearly and compellingly about complex topics. Whether it's a LinkedIn article, an email newsletter, or a website landing page, you produce content that informs, engages, and persuades.



You understand SEO basics and know how to structure content for both humans and search engines.

Strategic Thinking
You don't just execute tactics—you think about the bigger picture. You ask "why" before diving into "how." You can identify market gaps, anticipate competitor moves, and propose solutions that move the business forward.

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
- Experience: 1-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, HR technology, or services-based industries
- Core Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)




- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, data dashboards, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels: email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, paid social
- Ability to learn and use marketing tools and platforms independently
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

Desired Skills & Experience

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HR technology, background verification, recruitment, or HR compliance—or the curiosity to learn quickly
- Advanced Analytics: Experience with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), or marketing automation tools
- Design Basics: Comfortable using design tools (Canva, Figma) or collaborating with designers to create visuals
- Video Content: Basic video editing or video scriptwriting experience is a plus
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, and search strategy
- API & Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of API integrations and how tech platforms work (particularly valuable for our HRMS integration story)
- Sales Enablement: Experience creating materials that help sales teams close deals or support customer success
