- Manage high-rise building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee project monitoring and control activities to identify potential issues early on and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-19 years of experience in civil engineering or construction industry with expertise in high rise building projects.
- Robust understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving waterproofing systems installation.
