- Design and deliver training programs for students on soft skills, communication skills, classroom management, presentation skills, and teaching methodologies.
- Develop curriculum materials and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide individualized coaching to students to improve their performance in academics and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate training into the academic program.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience as a trainer or instructor in education/training industry.
- Solid knowledge of soft skills, communication skills, classroom management, presentation skills, and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
