Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle pre-booked customer leads for KYC, onboarding, activation and product delivery.
- Conduct product demos and explain Forex Cards and related services.
- Cross-sell products such as Travel Insurance, E-SIM and Forex Cash.
- Build robust customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate for smooth service delivery.
- Work in a customer-facing field role and maintain strong product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and local language.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Sales/service experience in financial products will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Comfortable with local/city travel.
