The Risk Technology Analyst role supports the Risk & Ethics team by providing data analysis, reporting,

requirements gathering, process improvement and technology project support across key risk

management processes and platforms. The role helps improve ef f iciency, strengthen governance and

provide practical insights for leadership by combining solid analytical capability, a curious mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Role purpose

- Develop deep subject matter knowledge of the processes and technologies used to manage risk

for PwC Australia, its clients and its people.

- Support the ef fective delivery of technology-enabled initiatives, risk reporting, control

implementation and process improvement activities across Risk & Ethics.

- Use data, systems knowledge and practical analysis to identify insights, support decision-making

and help create ef f icient, scalable solutions.

- Contribute to a more technology-enabled, disciplined and responsive risk operating model

through strong execution, proactive follow-through and continuous improvement.

Key accountabilities

- Analyses client and engagement onboarding processes by extracting, interpreting and assessing

data f rom Salesforce and other relevant systems.

- Supports the implementation of technology-driven initiatives by contributing to project teams,

requirements gathering, testing, guidance and delivery activities throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinates tailored risk reporting and control implementation projects, ensuring timely updates,

explicit communication and ef fective engagement with leadership and adjacent teams.

- Maintains governance tasks, high-quality documentation, timely reporting and administrative

support to keep initiatives,



systems and operations running smoothly.

- Participates in User Acceptance Testing and helps develop communications and end -user

support materials to ref lect new enhancements, process changes and system updates.

- Adheres to governance and technology risk processes, including incident support, Major Incident

Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Planning and Privileged Access

Reviews.

- Coordinates stakeholder and change management activities, including internal communications,

training, workshop planning, meeting logistics and onboarding or of fboarding support.

- Identifies opportunities to use artif icial intelligence, data analytics and other advanced

technologies to optimise internal processes and improve the user experience.

Critical experience & capabilities

Essential

- At least three years experience in a prof essional services f irm or comparable corporate

environment.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess information quickly, identify issues and prepare

practical options or recommendations.

- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, risks,

options and recommendations to stakeholders.

- A curious mindset, willingness to learn and conf idence to challenge ideas constructively.
- Self -starter with the ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities and maintain

momentum in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to highquality

outcomes.

Desirable

- Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow is highly regarded.
- Advanced data analytics capability, including Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
- Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with structured data sets is advantageous.
- Experience supporting technology projects, User Acceptance Testing, change management,

communications or end-user support materials.

- Interest in artif icial intelligence, automation or advanced technologies that can improve internal

processes and risk management outcomes.
