Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage JIRA projects, workflows, and issues to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Integrate JIRA with other tools such as Agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and defect tracking tools.
- Develop custom reports using JQL queries to analyze issue data and provide insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to JIRA functionality.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA administration or similar tooling.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
- Proficiency in writing complex JQL queries for reporting purposes.
- Experience integrating multiple applications through APIs or other means.
