About the Opportunity
Qaracter is supporting a leading global FinTech organization in the search for AxiomSL Implementation Consultants to join multiple greenfield implementation projects within the banking and financial services sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale regulatory reporting initiatives, collaborating with international stakeholders and supporting the implementation of AxiomSL solutions for leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support client discovery workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
Design, configure and implement solutions using the AxiomSL ControllerView platform.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs and client stakeholders to analyze data and deliver regulatory reporting solutions.
Participate throughout the project lifecycle, including:
Requirements gathering
Development and configuration
Unit testing
Testing support
Production support




Deliver end-user and platform training when required.
Provide expertise in regulatory reporting and stay up to date with regulatory requirements.
Follow SDLC best practices and maintain clear technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience with AxiomSL.
Proven experience delivering AxiomSL implementation projects.
Hands-on experience with Axiom ControllerView.
Strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting.
Ability to combine technical skills with business analysis capabilities.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience working with banking or financial services organizations.
Ability to work independently in a remote delivery workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
COREP
FINREP
Basel Reporting
Liquidity Reporting
APAC regulatory reporting experience.
APAC Liquidity expertise (required for at least one position).
Nasdaq/AxiomSL certifications.
