Role Description The Art Portfolio Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for guiding learners in developing strong, cohesive art portfolios for academic, professional, or personal goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring learners one-on-one and in small groups, reviewing and critiquing artwork,



and helping them curate and present their work effectively. The mentor will design and facilitate portfolio-building sessions, workshops, and experiential activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and attention to detail. This role involves collaborating with other educators to align portfolio guidance with broader learning objectives and providing ongoing feedback, support, and resources tailored to each learner’s needs. The mentor will also maintain documentation of learner progress and contribute to creating a supportive, inclusive studio environment.
Qualifications

Strong artistic background with proficiency in drawing, painting, or mixed media and demonstrated portfolio development experience.
Experience mentoring or teaching learners in art or design, especially in portfolio preparation for schools, colleges, or professional applications.
