About The Role

We're looking for a payroll operations specialist to join Rippling’s Global Payroll Operations team.



We are rapidly expanding Rippling to serve the needs of employees and employers all over the world. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our payroll platform, which is natively built and fully integrated with Rippling’s broader suite of products.

As Rippling expands its product offerings globally, there is a critical business need for Rippling to build strong operational coverage, country-specific payroll expertise, and scalable processes across key markets.

This role, Global Payroll Operations Specialist, is an important hire for the team and will support payroll operations across Australia, Recent Zealand, and Singapore. The role will manage defined payroll workflows and operational processes across these markets, support statutory payment and filing operations, partner with cross-functional teams and government agencies as needed to improve payroll quality and operational efficiency.
