Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and manage one or more Java engineering teams delivering large scale, enterprise grade applications
Act as a hands on technical leader, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and complex problem solving
Own end to end delivery including planning, execution, quality, and operational excellence
Design and evolve microservices based, cloud native architectures on AWS
Partner with Product, Architecture, DevOps,



and Business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals
Drive engineering best practices including secure coding, performance optimisation, test automation, and CI/CD
Mentor and develop senior engineers and technical leads, building a strong leadership pipeline
Ensure high standards for code quality, scalability, reliability, and cloud cost optimisation
Support hiring, team scaling, and performance management of engineering talent
Act as a point of escalation for technical and delivery risks, proactively identifying and resolving issues
