Strong knowledge of GD&T;, stack up analysis and its application in vehicle
Fit & Finish, Gap & Flush study
Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools like 3D experience and NPDM
CATIA V5 (3D/2D Drawings & Surfacing)
Key Requirement
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CATIA
Define and apply GD&T; symbols and tolerance schemes according to international standards (ASME or ISO) to ensure proper form, fit, and function of parts
Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and interference checks
Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality control, CAE, and suppliers to resolve issues
Verify that designs and drawings comply with global regulations, corporate standards, and quality requirements
Liaison with manufacturing and assembly team for process improvement
Good knowledge in fixtures design and assembly process
Prepare and maintain technical and engineering documentation
Strong problem-solving, project management & communication skills
Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
