Role Description The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Sumondo is a remote, contract role focused on driving strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth in stress-management technology and workplace wellbeing. Day-to-day responsibilities include validating new business opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies,



and experimenting with business models across B2B and B2C segments. The EIR will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional partners to refine product-market fit, conduct user and market research, and develop pilots or partnerships with employers and healthcare-related organizations. This role also involves designing and testing growth experiments, preparing investor or partner-ready materials, and providing entrepreneurial leadership on key projects from concept through early execution.
Qualifications
Entrepreneurial experience in building or scaling startups, preferably in healthtech, digital wellbeing, or SaaS.
Robust skills in business strategy, market research, and go-to-market planning for digital products.
Experience with product discovery, customer development, and validating product-market fit.
Ability to design and analyze growth experiments across channels such as partnerships, B2B outreach, and digital campaigns.
