If you have a clinical background but you have always been the person in the room who is positive at persuading, explaining, and building trust fast, this role is built for you.
Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp and phone calls and convert them into paying clients
Conduct brief consultations that double as discovery + pitch calls
Create diet plans, follow up on compliance, and run weekly video sessions
Work closely with our senior dietitians and sales team to handoff and escalate where needed
BSc or MSc in Dietetics, Nutrition, or Food Science (mandatory)
~1 to 3 years of clinical or online nutrition experience
~ Someone who has done client-facing work and is comfortable on calls
~ Strong communication in Hindi and English
~ Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic tools
~ Bonus: prior experience in a wellness startup or D2C health brand
