Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall supervision of the school hostel, administrative typing and documentation, school transport coordination, student discipline, campus supervision and day-to-day operational support. The position requires a responsible, disciplined and organized individual capable of handling multiple administrative and supervisory responsibilities efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHostel Management & Student Welfare
- Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the school hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, discipline and well-being of hostel students.
- Monitor student attendance, leave, entry and exit records.
- Maintain hostel registers, room allotment details and student records.
- Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene and general maintenance.
- Supervise students during study hours, meal timings and other hostel activities.
- Address student concerns and report key issues to the Principal/Management.
- Coordinate with parents regarding leave, student welfare, discipline and emergencies when required.




- Coordinate immediate assistance in case of student illness or emergency.

Typing & Administrative Work
- Type and format official letters, circulars, notices, reports and other school documents.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, examination-related documents and academic materials as instructed.
- Perform data entry and maintain student/staff administrative records.
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of examination papers, student records and official documents.
- Assist the Principal and Administrative Office with documentation and clerical work.

Transport Management
- Coordinate and monitor the daily operation of school buses.
- Maintain and update bus routes, stops, timings and student transport details.
- Ensure safe and timely pickup and drop-off of students.
