About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of a women's entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and agri-food processing programme at the assigned location. This role involves managing centre operations, field teams, beneficiary engagement, training delivery, enterprise development, and market linkages working closely with SHGs, FPOs, government bodies, and local stakeholders to drive sustainable outcomes for women beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project and centre operations, ensuring training and mobilization plans are delivered on time and to quality standards
- Supervise and mentor Mobilizers, Trainers, and Centre/Support Staff




- Drive mobilization and enrollment of women beneficiaries; build solid ties with SHGs, FPOs, and community leaders
- Support setup of women-led micro-enterprises, including raw material sourcing, costing, packaging, and market access
- Identify and facilitate B2B/B2C market linkages, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
- Build relationships with government departments, FPOs, SHG federations, and financial institutions
- Maintain accurate records; prepare progress reports, MIS updates, and document success stories
