Position Summary

We are looking for BIM MEP Mechanical Engineers with hands-on capability in one or more mechanical services such as HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, or Industrial Piping. The role combines engineering understanding with BIM modelling, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate BIM models for HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and/or industrial piping systems based on project requirements.
- Prepare coordinated layouts, shop drawings, GFC documentation, schedules, and related construction documentation.
- For HVAC projects, model and coordinate ducts, diffusers, equipment and associated systems; support HVAC calculations where required.
- For fire/plumbing projects, model and coordinate relevant piping, equipment, fixtures, and service systems.
- For industrial piping projects, develop piping models and layouts with appropriate routing, supports and coordination requirements.
- Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and resolve issues systematically.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams and incorporate design/client comments accurately.
- Review models and drawings for constructability, completeness, standards compliance and consistency.
- Support BIM standards, templates, workflows and quality checks, and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.

Technical & Functional Expertise

- Autodesk Revit MEP - Mechanical: Advanced
- Navisworks Manage: Working/Advanced
- AutoCAD: Working/Advanced
- HVAC / Fire / Plumbing / Industrial Piping BIM modelling
- Mechanical services coordination and clash detection
- Shop drawings, GFC documentation and schedules.

Preferred Exposure





- International BIM projects and client coordination
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Plant 3D / AutoCAD MEP for relevant piping work
- Knowledge of mechanical codes and standards
- Basic/working knowledge of mechanical calculations and constructability.

What You Bring

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 6-10 years of relevant BIM/MEP experience, with strong depth in at least one mechanical discipline.
- Sound understanding of mechanical systems and how they translate into coordinated construction models.
- Ability to personally execute technical deliverables and clearly explain your contribution.
- Good English communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
- Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and committed to quality and client delivery.

Current Compensation & Availability: Provide Current CTC (Fixed + Variable), Notice Period, and Earliest Possible Joining Date, if selected.

Working schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. As client and project requirements can occasionally create genuine business-critical situations, reasonable flexibility may sometimes be required, subject to applicable company policies and statutory requirements.
