Position Summary
We are looking for a BIM - Architecture skilled with strong hands-on Revit capability and sound architectural documentation knowledge. The role involves developing coordinated architectural BIM models, producing construction-ready documentation, resolving multidisciplinary coordination issues and taking ownership of assigned project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and defined LOD.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, working drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) documentation.
- Develop detailed architectural elements including doors, windows, finishes and other project-specific components.
- Support Scan-to-CAD / Scan-to-BIM workflows and convert source information into accurate, usable BIM models where required.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines and resolve identified coordination issues.
- Perform model and drawing checks, incorporate redlines/client comments and maintain revision accuracy.
- Follow project naming conventions, templates, BIM standards, documentation protocols and information requirements.
- Support preparation and improvement of Revit families, view templates, schedules, standards and workflows.
- Deliver assigned work within agreed quality and schedule requirements and communicate risks early.
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Autodesk Revit - Architecture: Advanced
- AutoCAD: Working/Advanced
- Architectural BIM modelling: LOD 300-400
- GFC / working drawings and detailing
- Families, schedules and view templates
- Multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash review
Preferred Exposure
- Scan-to-BIM / point-cloud based modelling
- Navisworks Manage
- International projects and client standards
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Knowledge of architectural codes, detailing standards and project lifecycle
What You Bring
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM and documentation.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, building elements, detailing and constructability.
- Ability to personally execute and clearly articulate your contribution to projects.
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, adaptability and commitment to delivery.

Current Compensation & Availability: Provide Current CTC (Fixed + Variable), Notice Period, and Earliest Possible Joining Date, if selected.
Working schedule: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. As client and project requirements can occasionally create genuine business-critical situations, reasonable flexibility may sometimes be required, subject to applicable company policies and statutory requirements.
