We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise applications team in Hyderabad. As a Salesforce Developer, youll work alongside experienced engineers, architects, administrators, product managers, and business partners while contributing to mission-critical solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. Youll develop and enhance applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform configuration; improve reliability, security, test automation, and release practices; and build the technical and domain expertise to take on increasingly complex responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce Solution Development: Design, build, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative platform capabilities.
- Financial Services Cloud Delivery: Implement and enhance Financial Services Cloud capabilities supporting client onboarding, households, relationship management, financial accounts, referrals, and advisor productivity.
- Process Automation: Develop Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, and Auto-Launched Flows, including Flow Orchestration, to automate complex business processes and approvals.
- Platform Administration and Configuration: Configure users, roles, page layouts, record types, queues, reports, dashboards, workflow capabilities, and other platform features required to support business operations.
- Integrations and Data Management: Build and support secure integrations, data migrations, ETL processes, bulk-data operations, cleansing, and duplicate-management activities using APIs and approved Salesforce data tools.
- Data Cloud and Analytics: Support Salesforce Data Cloud use cases, including unified customer profiles, data activation, segmentation, and 360-degree client views; deliver actionable reporting and CRM analytics.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain the Salesforce security and sharing model in accordance with financial-services governance, privacy, audit,



and data-protection requirements.
- DevOps and Release Management: Manage source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, environment coordination, and release activities using Salesforce DX and tools such as Copado, Flosum, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Operational Support and Collaboration: Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, document solutions, and collaborate with business, product, architecture, administration, and engineering teams across India and the United States.
- Business & Technical Collaboration: Partner with product managers, business users, operations teams, data stewards, analysts, and engineers to understand processes, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Global Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in agile ceremonies, retrospectives, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the GCC and U.S. teams, and responsibly use AI-assisted engineering methods to improve development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and declarative development.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, data modeling, platform performance, and maintainable solution design.
- Expertise in Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security, Organization-Wide Defaults, and secure access-control design.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, OAuth, and batch or near-real-time integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, CRM Analytics, and business-insight capabilities.
- Familiarity with Data Loader, Workbench, Import Wizard, APIs, and other tools used for large-scale Salesforce data operations.
- Working knowledge of Git-based development,



metadata management, sandbox strategies, automated testing, static analysis, and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Ability to balance declarative configuration and custom development based on scalability, maintainability, security, and business value.
- Experience with version control, collaborative Git workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate ambiguous data, integration, platform, or tool issues methodically
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a globally distributed agile setting.
- Experience in wealth management, asset management, financial technology, or a related financial-services domain is a plus

Qualifications & Experience

- 8+ years of professional experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise production environments.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated delivery experience with Salesforce Administration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, advanced Flow automation, enterprise integrations, and data migration.
- Practical experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, unified customer profiles, or customer 360 capabilities is preferred.
- Experience using Copado, Flosum, or a comparable Salesforce DevOps platform for CI/CD and release management is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred; Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Agent force Specialist, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, or relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated financial data and applying secure software-development and data-handling practices is required.
- Wealth management, asset management, financial technology, or related financial-services experience is a plus.
