Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration/implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI features.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Studio IDE, and ATF.
- Good understanding of data management and databases.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based environments.

Positive to Have:

- AI adoption and change management experience.
- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
