Relationship Manager Cross Agency Channel (Health Insurance)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive Health Insurance business through
the Cross Agency Channel. The role involves managing and engaging existing Life/Motor insurance agents, enabling
them to cross-sell Health Insurance products, and achieving business growth through strong relationship
management and field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Life and Motor insurance agents to promote Health Insurance
products.
Drive cross-sell business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities within SME and retail customer segments to increase Health Insurance
penetration.
¢ Conduct product training, sales enablement sessions, and regular engagement activities for agency partners.
¢ Support agents throughout the sales cycle, including lead generation, product pitching, and policy closure.
¢ Monitor agent performance, provide business insights,



and implement strategies to improve productivity.
¢ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, servicing, and issue resolution for partners.
¢ Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.
Candidate Requirements
¢ Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).
¢ Minimum 1+ year of experience in Insurance Sales (Health/Life/General Insurance preferred).
¢ Experience in Agency Channel, Relationship Management, or Field Sales is highly preferred.
¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
¢ Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven sales responsibilities.
¢ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
