Job Summary
Lead Corporate Finance, Treasury, Project Finance, Banking Relations, Commercial Finance and Strategic Financial Planning for an Integrated Steel Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Greenfield & Brownfield Project Finance.
- Arrange Term Loans, Working Capital, ECB and Structured Finance.
- Prepare DPR, TEV Reports, Information Memorandum and Financial Models.
- Manage Debt Restructuring, Refinancing and Debt Swap.
- Handle Equity Raising, Business & Enterprise Valuation.
- Liaison with Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs and Investors.
- Handle Loan Documentation, Security Creation and Disbursement.
- Ensure Pre & Post Disbursement Compliances.
- Manage Treasury, Cash Flow and Working Capital.
- Handle LC, BG,



Buyers Credit and Trade Finance.
- Manage Consortium Banking and Credit Rating.
- Prepare CMA Data and Bank Credit Proposals.
- Annual Budgeting, MIS, Financial Modelling and Business Planning.
- Monitor Capex, Project Cost and Profitability.
- Commercial Evaluation, Due Diligence and Investor Presentations.
- Lead Finance, Treasury & Commercial teams.
