- Design, develop, test, and verify complex digital circuits using ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues related to DFT (Design for Testability).
- Develop RTL code for implementation of DFT features such as scan insertion, clock domain crossing analysis, and self-test generation.
- Perform simulation-based verification of DFT designs using industry-standard tools like VCS or NCSIM.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in Implementation Engineering with expertise in DFT engineering.
- Solid understanding of ATPG, MBIST, Boundary Scan, RTL coding concepts.
- Experience working on high-speed interfaces like PCIe Gen2/3/4 or DDR memory controllers.
- Proficiency in programming languages like C++ or Python.
