- Handle patient pre-registration and registration activities at the Emergency Department
- Collect and verify basic patient information and required details
- Coordinate with patients, attendants, doctors, nursing, billing, and other departments
- Assist in creating and updating patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS)
- Guide patients and attendants regarding the registration and billing process
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry
- Support smooth patient movement and coordination within the Emergency Department
- Handle patient and attendant queries politely and escalate concerns when required
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies
- Support the ER team during peak hours and emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with hospital procedures and NABH standards

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Good command of English, Hindi & Telugu will be an advantage
