Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Handle non-voice process activities such as data processing, documentation, and email/chat-based tasks.

* Review and process information accurately as per process guidelines.

* Maintain quality and productivity standards.

* Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data security procedures.

* Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.

* Coordinate with the team and report any process-related issues to the concerned team.





Eligibility Criteria

* Freshers are eligible to apply.

* Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

* Valuable written English and basic computer skills are required.

* Good typing speed and attention to detail.

* Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

* Candidates must be available for immediate joining.

* Candidates should be comfortable with the *3-month contract* and hybrid work model.
