Where You ll Make a Difference

- Partner with Account Managers to capture customer briefs and manage related activities within internal systems.

- Ensure seamless alignment between brief to win and order fulfillment process.

- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations and tracking required approvals.

- Ensure pricing accuracy, price list governance, and consistency globally.

- Maintain accurate project, customer and pricing information in SAP / CRM and communicate changes as needed.

- Request, facilitate, expedite, and track samples/documents/creative tasks.

- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential process roadblocks.

- Handle various internal and external inquires with quick responses.

- Ensure timely communication with internal and external customers.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any other relevant discipline.





- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations.

- Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes, including pricing, margin management and forecasting,

- Ability to navigate complex business environments and work effectively within a global matrix organization.

- Experience supporting multinational customers, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Global Key Account (GKA) environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to execution and follow-through.

- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong relationship-building capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
