- Lead Oracle GTM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Drive end-to-end Global Trade Compliance processes.
- Design solutions for Restricted Party Screening, sanctions, product classification, country of origin, and trade agreements.
- Lead integrations with Oracle Fusion/EBS, OTM, and third-party systems.
- Manage technical design, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable GTM solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with robust hands-on Oracle GTM expertise.
- Proven experience leading Oracle GTM implementations and support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Global Trade Management and Trade Compliance.
- Expertise in GTM configuration, workflows, agents, rules, and integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS, OTM, OIC, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and SQL.
- Strong solution-design, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading teams and working with global business stakeholders.
- Oracle GTM/OTM certification is an added advantage.
