- Coordinate with hiring managers and HODs to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Identify the key skills, qualifications, experience, and competencies required for each position.
- Understand and prepare clear Job Descriptions (JDs) based on business requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, qualified networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and social/professional platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Review and screen resumes based on the job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, aptitude, and suitability for the position.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the respective hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, HODs, and other interview panels.
- Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Ensure candidates attend interviews on time and remain engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect and verify necessary candidate documents required for further processing.
- Conduct reference/background verification wherever required
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, including Call Trackers, Requisition Trackers, Interview Trackers, Offer Trackers, and Joining Trackers.
- Prepare and submit daily recruitment activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to hiring managers and management.
- Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as required.
