Director Quality & Training | US Healthcare RCM

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Director Quality & Training to lead Quality Assurance, Training, Process Excellence, and Capability Development across US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The role will drive quality transformation, operational excellence, compliance, client satisfaction, and workforce capability across multiple RCM service lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide Quality, Training & Process Excellence strategies.
- Lead Quality Assurance, Training, Process Excellence, and Capability Development teams.
- Establish quality frameworks, audit methodologies, scorecards, governance, and compliance standards.
- Drive RCA, CAPA, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Lead training strategy covering new hire training, process/domain training, compliance, leadership development, refresher and cross-skilling programs.
- Partner with Operations, Clients, HR, and Business Excellence teams to improve quality, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Manage client audits, escalations, QBR/MBR presentations, transitions, and implementation programs.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, client-specific compliance requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Develop executive dashboards and analyze quality, training, operational, and business performance metrics.




- Build a high-performance culture through leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and capability enhancement.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in US Healthcare/RCM.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Training, Process Excellence, or Operations Excellence.
- Experience managing large healthcare operations and multiple clients.
- Healthcare BPM/BPO experience preferred.
- Exposure to digital transformation and AI-enabled quality programs preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / PMP / Quality or Training certifications preferred.
